Mobile Event Management

The Gather mobile app enables you to stay in the know about your events business at all times, no matter where you are. Search through upcoming events and event details, receive notifications for new leads and proposals, and more.

Schedule

Scheduling allows you to view the number of bookings you have scheduled each day for the next two weeks. You can easily tap into individual bookings to see the details you need.

Messages

The Messages tab is your communication headquarters when it comes to your customers and team. You can access your bookings and leads, then drill down into any conversation to see the full message history, and easily send messages to new leads or continue conversations around an upcoming event with a current booking. The Team section also lets you send internal messages, add notes and tag team members when you need to directly alert them to something important.

Leads

Be alerted and respond to incoming leads, no matter where you are. You can see specifics about a lead inquiry, check availability and respond to that lead without leaving the app. Even better? You can go through your history of lead messages to continue to drive leads towards a proposal, and notify any team members for a specific upcoming event.

Bookings

Bookings are the lifeline of your events business, and now you can access to them wherever you are. Access all individual booking information from contacts to event notes, including message history with your customer.
