Happy New Year! 2014 is going to be a year of growth for us, and we hope that will ring true for all of our customers and friends as well.
With the New Year comes Resolutions for the next 12 months, and we’ve made a few that I want to share:
- Develop exceptional software. We’re proud of the software we’ve built, and we’re so happy to see a positive response from all of our customers. But you ain’t seen nothing yet! We have big plans for the first half of this year. Our goal is to build the best events management software in the world.
- Support the industry’s happiest customers. 2013 was a whirlwind - we met and befriended so many amazing restauranteurs, GMs, event coordinators, and folks involved in making events successful. As our customer base grows, we want to continue to improve at supporting our users to ensure that we have the industry’s happiest customers. (Sidenote: if you ever need us, we’re here for you! - Build and grow a world-class team. As I mentioned, 2014 is going to be a year of growth for us. In fact, we’ve already started growing! As we continue to add team members, we’re staying focused on what’s most important: our customers. And don’t worry; as we grow, we’ll be sure to introduce you to everyone on the team!
